TLDR: It's slower and maybe more expensive than other places but it's probably available and better than being stranded. 1 of the two 2 chargers work. The other one has a dead screen. Requires phone call and manual credit card number entry. Cost is $1.50 per hour plus $0.50 per session. It'll work in a pinch. Gate was open at ~10:30am on a Saturday. No idea when the gate closes, so may be tough to access after hours.
