They need security guards. Homeless people wander the lot.

Also they need better signs for the speeds of each charger because the 350s are in a separate lot from the 200s

There are a few cara parked and engaged chargers. I tried to report it but no one cares. All these cars parked all night and always. Honda and Nissan. Whoever owns this charging station, please tow them away. We can’t use this charging station.

The 350 kw fast chargers here are great -- faster than the EVgo chargers on the lower level of Potrero Center, a few blocks away on 16th Street. However, it can get crowded here and the stalls have dual shared port chargers. That reduces your EV charging speed significantly when both ports are in use.
There is also an inaccessible fenced-in lot with multiple EVgo chargers on the same property right next to this EVgo lot. I have never observed anyone using the stalls in that adjacent lot. Does anyone know why the chargers in that lot are not also open to the public?

This place was busy even for Sunday night at 10pm, we got the last fast charging station ( which wasn’t fast at all, it took an hour to charge 100 miles). While we were there so many other cars came and tried to wait their turn. But most left after a short wait.

The new next lot charger stations are not up and working as of 12.10.2024.

I think this is the best charging spot in the city. 8 super fast chargers? Great. Only downside is that there’s nowhere convenient to queue if it’s full but haven’t seen it full, it’s next door to the cruise lot
