Not great. Short charger cord made parking difficult. App is required with EV Connect, which did downloaded quickly and the QR code brought up the station quickly. I received a text saying charging was starting. All is good....came back out after getting coffee and a text says charging is complete. Zero energy transfer. Not sure why - a number list of instructions would be good here.

It did charge. Pre-conditioned the battery for the 180kw charging, but it maxed out at 114. Had to use another charger as the retractable cord on one of them was locked in place. This station really needs to be added to more apps as its really the only DC fast charger I could find along 115 and it doesn't show up in my in car GPS (google) as an option.

If it is cold outside (10F) like it was when I got there have fun wrestling with the cold cables to rotate them to plug in!

Two charging units with 2 chargers on each unit. Here’s the kicker tho, only 1 car can charge on each unit. The 2nd car that tries to plug in won’t charge. So effectively only 2 cars can charge at once. Terrible interface, need to download an app. If you happen to be one of the first two cars there and download the app it is a fast charger so it does work just has some quirks.

Connect to the owner’s response: this would be a five star charger if all four units work properly, I would also consider putting a sign up that says do not block the EV charging stations as I had to ask someone to move their car because they weren’t even aware of the chargers were even there. Last but not least, I hate having to download an app to charge my car. It would be helpful if I could simply just swipe my credit card to begin charging rather than having to create an account.

Only gives 40kw but makes you pay for 53kw. Terrible charger and interface, cable is nearly unworkable. Shotty setup.

No issues. EV connect app is simple to set up if you don't have it. Gas station had snacks including pizza!
