I’ve used this charger about 10 times, was not able to charge only once, even through technical support. Be aware of the time of use pricing, a steal from 12am-7am, but a terrible deal at peak pricing in the afternoon. Clean, safe and well-lit even when I’ve come to charge at midnight, and in the lot of a grocery store that’s open late. Even when at its busiest its not a crazy wait, maybe a couple cars in front of you.
