App top-up successful. Someone arrived without the app and was unable to top up via card. Restroom available.

Some tables and benches are needed. Especially so that the children can have their snacks more comfortably. And the conditions are there for that.

Ignore the pictures of long queues, this supercharger has been extensively updated since those photos were taken, gone are the handful of old V2 chargers, replaced with 34 V4’s. Car park could still do with improvement, but supplies onsite suggest that might happen soon. Bathroom needs improvement IMO.

Dear Sirs, I am writing to file a complaint regarding the conditions of the facilities available on your premises, particularly concerning the restrooms. As a location that offers Tesla chargers—which implies a certain level of quality and customer service—I find the state of the restrooms unacceptable. The restroom is clearly below acceptable standards, both in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, conveying an image of neglect that does not match the service you appear to offer. It is particularly disappointing to see this discrepancy between a modern and valued service like electric vehicle charging and the lack of care in such a basic aspect as the hygiene and upkeep of the restrooms. Therefore, I request that urgent measures be taken to correct this situation, ensuring dignified conditions for all users. Sincerely,

Tesla, with its Supercharge charging, brings comfort and safety to trips throughout Europe, eliminating the fear of running out of battery and having to continue the journey. I felt very secure knowing that all charging stations have plenty of space and the car's app doesn't leave us stranded searching for chargers along the road!

A good charging station with a large number of V4 charging ports (up to 500 kW for passenger EVs). There are restrooms and a café with pretty good galao coffee and delicious empads and other baked goods.

You need to register before you can charge. Only 14 chargers are not enough but soon 16 more will be available in September. While you are waiting you can have a coffee, a drink or a snack. Normally it takes about 25m to charge to 80%. Another thing that you should be aware is that the queue starts in the parking lot. The guys that do the registration go to lunch from 13 to 14 o'clock.

Excelent. Will be expanding soon with 20 new V4 stalls!

The only problem with this supercharger is the location and the demand that comes with it. There are way too many Teslas in Portugal for the amount of superchargers. We had to wait 25 mins (4 cars) as all 10 points were occupied to then charge with 75kWh. It's still not too bad but by the time we finished there were another 10 cars waiting. There are an additional 5 charge points being installed but don't operate as yet (so demand I guess has been noted by Tesla). Also, a couple of drivers got into a fight about who's next. One almost got driven over and then the other has been pushed and maybe punched as well. Other drivers got involved too, I was just laughing at them. Comical really...
