Alor Gajah, Malaysia - Freeport A'Famosa Supercharger

Great place to charge for my JB Genting trip. But seems full and congested during day time evening road trips. There is 1 free 11KW charger. So total 4 super charger, 1 wall charger. I really wish there is 8 super charger here as well. Remember to only charge to the SOC you need to avoid congestions 🙏🏻 Shopping area is right beside. Exiting to north south highway may be slighty congested too.

Have just 5 plugs. It was quite crowded on xmas day and carpark was quite full. Luckily charging was fast but to shift the car to a non charging lot took awhile.

Good supercharger location for those travelling between KL and Johor. I wish there were more than 4 superchargers because this place is usually full! Although there is one free destination charger. The charging station is located next to a factory outlet. If you’re using the supercharger, you will probably only have time to go to the toilet + grab a coffee before you’ll need to unplug! Crazy how fast it is.

Site features 3x v3 SCs and 1x DC. It is a bit off the highway, the upside is it is next to an outlet mall. A good place for toilet break and some light refreshments while you charge.

Fantastic experience, good and feel exclusive as Tesla owner. Good parking location and no need to pay parking fees as long you are driving Tesla. Charging is superb fast, just go washroom and grab a coffee will be almost fully charge.
