Amesbury, UK Supercharger

Can be a little complicated to find due to the one way system. Have visited both in the day and night. Poor lighting at night and did not feel very safe visiting after dark to charge.  Difficult to see what you were doing or others and it's hidden round the corner behind bushes from the main spar petrol station and hotel. 👎🏼 From a solo female driver

Fast charging. Must have the app to charge. Did spend some time trying to find the entrance. Look out for the Tesla charger signs by the holiday inn.

First use of a Tesla Supercharger open to non-Tesla’s. Very easy to start & stop using my Polestar Charge app. Decent price too at 60p/kWh. Plenty of places to get refreshments and all just a stones throw from the A303.

Both times I’ve stopped here I’ve been unable to charge. Despite having full bars 4G/5G nothing works on the app here and I end up having to go to the hotel opposite to sign into their wifi, try to setup the session, yet it still fails to charge anyway. Won’t bother stopping here again.

These are open to all EVs, not just Tesla. Unsurprisingly for Tesla, they’re very quick chargers which means cars are not charging for too long.
When I arrived there was a small wait (less than 10 mins) and but even with all chargers occupied, I was still getting 125kW charge. Max for my vehicle is around 135kW.
Other charging companies need to take note of how it can be done.

A great location and a good number of chargers at a lower price than alternatives nearby.
Plenty of food outlets a short walk away however they tend to close a lot earlier than got would expect being a large service area on a very busy A road.

Lovely area and the Holiday inn for coffee and snacks.
