Please DO NOT COME here to charge your Tesla they have sent me two tickets of $75 dollars in the past month. This is ridiculous and a scam

The Tesla app is not reliable for other vehicles. The charge was stopped and needed to be restarted. The parking is not free, cost about 12 kWh - all other chargers have free parking.

Avoid this. It's a scam. They will send you a ticket for $90 even if you drive in. Just to see if there's a free charger and leave. If you check Reddit or other sources you'll see that everybody says just ignore them and they're a scam. It just surprises me that krog is doing this. I hope they read these reviews, however they probably couldn't give a crap. Avoid like a plague, but if you get a bogus ticket from what I understand, you should avoid it. Please do your own research. There's word about how they could damage your credit. However, in my mind if they try that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I hope krog market is reading this cuz the lawsuit will land in their lap. Be aware that the parking management company has lawsuits against it for illegally accessing dmv records to hunt people down however it only applies to prior years they still appear to be doing it. Signage is often missing making it appear that the superchargers are not part of the paid parking lot. It's a confusing mess that should be taken up by some representative that want to at least show they care about people in their district. There is a user agreement on the web for the parking area however you will never see it unless you look online as it's not posted. Fees appear to be arbitrary and capricious. $70 to $100 with no limit apparently. Will a elected representative please look into this deceiving practice and particularly the parking company as they have to have a license to do this. Who is approving this license and why (kickback maybe?)(political favors?) it just smells rotten to the core. My internal radar is screaming that they use the fees to inflate profit and actually count on the fees now, that is why it's confusing and you see so many complaints about it here. All the complaints here are legitimate. Vote with your pocketbook and spend your money anywhere but krog market as there are significantly more options in walking distance. Then maybe krog market will get the hint. It appears that Krog market installed the superchargers as a trap for unsuspecting vehicles. In my case too many people were in the cue waiting to charge so I left to go to another less busy location. For that I am being sent demand letters for insane 'fees' Tesla please remove this from the map. It's effectively on private property that is not accessible without severe finanicial risks.

Only 1-2 spots were available At 2am, but they all seem to be working. I took precautions (ahem) to avoid paying parking fee, but it seems everyone here either ignores the tickets they receive, or already has pay to park set up on their phone... not one person scanned the sign in the 30 minutes I sat here. Hopefully someone did actually sue, and the tickets are on pause, but I doubt it. These comments should be on krog street market to drag THEIR rating down, NOT the supercharger!!! Deaf ears. Anyone who sees this copy and paste to the business that allows their parking contractor these business practices.

I will never again in life come here to charge again after receiving a $75.00 ticket to pay to park to charge a Tesla at charging station. Every charging station thats located on private or pay to park grounds give you a free time line to charge for free without having to pay for parking. Krog street owner need to do better, and the Parking Management need to be sued to get everyone they have charge to park while charging money back with compensation.

Received a ticket from Professional Parking Management for $75 for not paying to park while i was charging. I told them I was not parking, only charging, and I never left my car. They told me to get bent and pay them. Aside this place is a dump, trash everywhere and literally someone dumped their used tires here. The cars are usually being hotboxed and everyone's music is cranked up to 11.
