AI Overview
Access is "customers only" — this may require a membership or card with the charging network. The chargers are on the mall parking lot near the former Sears, close to the parking garage. Drivers report occasionally getting slower-than-advertised charging speeds. The lot is well-lit but located in a quieter area of the mall; the mall itself has limited operating amenities nearby.

Chargers are located at a spooky abandoned mall parking lot. They all seemed to be working and there was no wait, but I never got over 180kwh.

This is our go-to charging spot when we travel back and forth from Western MA to the Boston area. We almost always get a spot except at rush hour times and then the wait is fairly short. We have the Electrify America app - just plug in and charge. We try to time it then the mall is open so we can take advantage of snacks and restrooms.

I got there with 20% battery. The charger says it supports a max charge rate of 150kw, but the max rate I got was 43kw. I left after 15 minutes, and drove to a Tesla charging station, where the initial charging rate that I got was 140kw.

Fast charger located close to Mass Pike, easy to find. Able to use mall restrooms, food options available.

Very convenient location, reliable and fast charging. Ended up using on the way to Mohegan Sun. You don't need an account to charge, just the credit card. I used the 150kw, but noticed they also have 350 KW charger at this location, which is quite impressive 👍👍

Excellent location that should be the standard for future Electrify America installations. Appropriate number of stalls and reliable hardware. Only downside is that this side of the mall has fallen away with closures, so it's a solid walk to food and restrooms. Not EA's fault but hopefully it recovers with more amenities soon.
