The infrastructure is generally good on-site, and charging is quite affordable later in the day. HOWEVER, the combined output of all four charging stations seems to be limited to approximately 250 kW. Yesterday, four vehicles charged at a mere 70-72 kW despite preconditioning. You really have to consider whether you have the time to spare.

There are only four newer Superchargers here, but they're the ones with the long cables, which makes charging easier for other brands as well. Although the EDEKA parking lot is more than large enough, there was, of course, yet another inconsiderate driver of a small car who had to park their combustion engine vehicle in front of a charging station, despite the countless free parking spaces! It's a good charging location during opening hours, as EDEKA also has a bakery with seating, and you can, of course, do your shopping there as well.

Four charging stations in front of the Edeka supermarket. It's outrageous that Tesla has recently started charging at the regular price only up to 80%. Above 80%, you pay an additional €0.50 per minute for blocking the charging point. That's unacceptable.

It's great that there's now an affordable Supercharger in southern Augsburg, even for non-Tesla drivers! It's not really a stopover charger, but rather intended for people who can't charge at home. It's actually ideal for that purpose, being right next to a large Edeka supermarket with a bakery, flower shop, post office, etc. So it's perfect for charging your car while you're shopping. Currently, there are only four charging points, but so far I haven't seen them all occupied at the same time.
