People. Download the app and set up your payment details ahead of time. There's a $50 hold every time, and takes days to fall off. If you're a frequent charger. The $7 a month is usually saved in one to two charges. '22 Kia EV6 GT-Line RWD w/100,000+ miles

I just recently bought an EV and my first public charging experience was here at Electrify America. The process to charge my car was very easy. I was able to start my charging session thru app, pretty straightforward process. I’ve charged here a few times and haven’t had any issues.

As we all are aware we want the quick charging. When another EV pulls up next to you the Kilowatts went from 157 to 50. There is no space to move. The cable is heavy. On top of all this, it took 51 minutes to charge to 84%. $30 I don't mind. I wish there was more room to get in and out of the vehicle. I also wish that you only had to download 1 app instead of 25-50. It's madness trying to find a place to charge in Phoenix always. It was also difficult to find.

We pulled up here on the way to Tucson. Only 3 out of 8 stations were working. Few minutes later 1 of the working stations stopped working. We called the service and 15 min later they were able to reconnect the station that was interrupted. However, after 30 minutes on the phone with them, NONE of the other non-working stations were back in service.
