I believe I'm rating the place called Bakersfield. It's pretty much out in the middle of nowhere and there's not really anything to do while you charge. Entering and exiting the parking lot is designed more for gas vehicles than Teslas - even though the Tesla charging station was installed first.

Several chargers available on a Friday night. Next to a minimart and a shell gas station. Also available is an air and water machine for use and you pay by cc. Beautiful views at night. I brought my dogs and was able to take them on a quick walk. No negatives for me!

Across freeway from Murray Farms Little Purple Barn. Unfortunately not paved...yet, and no convenience store. Once done this will be an easy 5 star review.

Dirt and gravel lot, still under construction, but open with 20 chargers (250 kW). It's right off the freeway, with no nearby amenities yet. (There's a Shell station with just the framing up so far.) Upscale portable bathrooms with sinks and running water. Not bad if all you want to do is charge (and avoid Tejon Ranch).
