0.28/kWh + While parked, not charging: 3.00/hr after 45 mins

The good - charging cheap. The bad the phone app is a pain. I spent 45 mins to connect. Found out that only one station was working.

EV0117 CCS didn't work for me, failing after 2 tries.  EV0116 worked, but at only 40 kW (I usually max out at 59 kW on high speed chargers). In the parking lot 1 block north of city hall

Lvl[2] plug works great as of August 2025. Pricing as of this date says $0.29/kwh, only charges $3/hr if you're beyond it's 45 min grace period post-full charge.
No wait obviously at 1am but solid option omw towards cathedral city.
