  The older employee (white beard and hair) who was working on Friday, May 29, 2026, around 3:00 PM was the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered. Not only was he unfriendly, but he explicitly used racism against us. He couldn't see that we, with dark skin and beards, were also Tesla drivers using our Model 3 at the Supercharger. Consequently, he treated us with utter rudeness when we asked very simple questions about our ticket. Before I could even speak to him, he completely ignored us! During the 45-minute charging time, I observed him being friendly and attentive to all the other customers. What this employee didn't know at the time was our direct connection to the USA and various Tesla executives worldwide. Game over for you old racist men! There will be consequences. I recommend that all other Tesla drivers who don't look "typically German" give this employee a piece of their mind.

  Excellent service! I visited the new Tesla location in Böblingen today. Mr. Dere gave me a warm welcome and answered all my questions honestly and thoughtfully. The test drive with the new Model Y Performance was also incredibly spontaneous and straightforward. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Dere's services to everyone! A fantastic location. I would even love to see a proper, larger branch in Böblingen so I could be sure Mr. Dere would always be nearby as my contact person.

  I'm not really sure what to make of these charging stations. On the one hand, I'm happy there are Tesla charging stations so close to the highway and at such a convenient location. On the other hand, I don't understand why they're putting charging stations in paid parking spaces; it's completely absurd. I was the only one charging at 6:00 AM, and I only got about 70 kW of charging power. It took me 50 minutes to get to 30%, which I think is incredibly slow. There are 16 stations with a total capacity of 250 kW... What a shame.

  Nice charging location and always stalls available. Parking is free for 30min, if you’re staying longer and have lunch/dinner at restaurant Wichtel, they can validate the ticket for you. I believe the Tesla nav still shows the wrong route to the charger. You should take the first right after exiting the highway (right after the Motorworld tower), then turn left and you should see the chargers to your left.
