I've given up about the speed bumps. IF they damage my car, I will file a claim. No way to get my car charged except across them.
I will leave the stars at 2 for that reason alone.

NO CHANGE AT ALL!!!
Clearly whoever owns/rents this place doesn't care for their patrons.
The speed bumps remain.
I started coming to this charging station because it was nicer than the ones I'd been using.
Suggestion to all EV users: charge ANY PLACE else. I know of many places that are much nicer, closer to me, NO speed bumps, and I'll be using them from now on.
I'll have to do the necessary research to determine if they are run by the same owner first.
If not, Cedar Hills shopping center with all of it's lovely stores will not see another dime from me.
...and such a simple thing to remedy... remove mounds of asfault.

Have to change this. The stalls themselves are ok . BUT, GETTING to them isn't fun at all.
The parking lot where the charging stations are located has recently added speed bumps that are so high, even driving at less than 5 miles per hour causes such a big jolt to my car I'm afraid parts are getting damaged and worn out unnecessarily.

This is so important to me and I'm guessing others who value their cars at all I may have to find a different station.

Tesla, if you read this, (I'm sure you do) fix it!!!

Plenty of stalls available. The Wi-Fi actually worked for a change. So I could watch videos.

Last year, the price was $0.18; now it has jumped to $0.51. The speed bumps are designed so poorly they look like they were made by an idiot. Even new Tesla charging stations already feature accessible charging spots, so I simply don't understand why—given such a prime location—they designed this station so primitively, all while the prices keep going up.

On the bottom floor of a parking structure next to a large strip mall with high end stores.

This is a great location that is fully covered and we'll lit.  It's very nice to be able to finally use Tesla DC Chargers on other non-Teala cars, but the short little cables make me have to occupy two chargers (Park at one, but use the adjacent chargers cable).  Hopefully the site can eventually be retrofitted with longer cables.

Tesla GPS took me to the top of the parking structure, but I soon realized that the chargers are on the ground floor, towards the west side of the parking structure by the trees.  Charging was fast.
