AI Overview
The chargers are located several floors underground in a parking garage; the entrance can be difficult to find and may have a closed gate—security can open it if needed. There is an $8 parking fee for garage access that applies even for short visits and cannot be reversed once you enter. Drivers report inconsistent charging speeds, often significantly slower than advertised, and note that cell service is limited in the garage, which may affect app-based charging initiation for non-Tesla vehicles.

I’d rate this zero if I could. BE WARNED!!! There is minimal to zero displays showing or directing you to where the chargers actually are. They’re a few floors down. And once you pull into the parking garage, you’re forced to pay$8 for pulling into the parking garage that you cannot back out from. The chargers are supposedly 325kw max and yet, right now I’m charging at 52kw with the max I’ve seen while charging here being 62kw… 😳 this is ridiculous and not worth the hassle or headache of trying to locate the chargers…

$8 parking fee for the garage. directions will take you to a parking garage that likely has a closed gate, if you see the sign in the attached photo, you're at the right place. Call the phone number and security will open the door for you. I assume if security is out for an emergency or other reasons, you likely wouldn't be able to access the charger after hours. I didn't have any issues with this.

Coming from out of town, finding the parking garage was a feat in itself. The Tesla GPS will guide you to building 10650, it is not that building. You will want to go to the side where it directs you and it's in the building "The Eight". When I went the gate was down and it was closed looking which made it confusing. Once you go there you can charge but like everyone else says.. pay for parking and go down to P2. There is only one other supercharger here and it is also in a paid parking garage so you don't really have much of a choice.

Parking is $8/hr (even for just 10-15 mins it's $8), and you can't back out once you're in the building. I use Tesla superchargers for my trips and the locations have always been free to park. I just needed a 50 mile top up, paying $8 parking for less than 10 minutes of charging was a first. 🙃

I was very happy with my charging experience. Yes it's annoying to have to pay the $8 parking fee, but I wanted convenience and I got it. Another reviewer mentioned getting a parking validation at a coffee place, but I didn't see a nearby coffee place, but I was in a hurry (forgot to charge at home before driving to Seattle, oops) so maybe next time. The parking garage was very clean and new, chargers looked to be all working, and I charged from 21% to 70% in about 15 minutes. TIPS: The narrow streets to the parking garage look a bit confusing, but the Tesla navigation led me there; just keep your eyes open for the large public garage entrance. There's a single supercharger near the parking garage entrance. I don't know if it's reserved for tenants or not, but I suggest ignoring it and driving down to the clump of superchargers down on level P2.

Contrary to what other’s are saying; this is a good supercharger. It IS in fact a V4, capable of 325kW, and I was able to achieve 215 kWh speeds as my Tesla was at 10% on arrival. I recognize there is $8 parking to get to this charging location, however the price per kW is adjusted as such (at ¢0.31). I charged from 10% to 90% in 35 minutes and it cost $17, add the $8 parking and that’s only $25. There are 8 charging stalls available. You can even go upstairs, grab a coffee and validate your parking, so at least you get a drink. Great job Tesla. What’s the gripe?
