Cannot find the supercharger in the garage. Drove around for a few minutes. Have to pay 'parking' cost of 3.50 euros. For only few minutes of searching. Would not recommend going here.

The cost has now been reduced to €0.36 per kWh, presumably because hardly anyone comes here anymore. So I fell into the trap. You have to pay a flat fee of €3.50 as soon as you enter the parking garage, even if you only want to charge. Outrageous! If possible, I'll use other Superchargers. I won't be coming back!

One star – absolutely not recommended. Tesla urgently needs to improve this. We only stopped briefly to charge and intended to leave immediately, but were still charged €3.50 for parking. Previously, 45 minutes were free – apparently, this was changed without clear communication. The price is particularly infuriating: If you charge, for example, 50 kWh, you would normally pay €23.00 at €0.46/kWh. However, the additional €3.50 parking fee increases the total price to €26.50. This effectively equates to approximately €0.53/kWh instead of €0.46/kWh – roughly 7 cents more per kWh, or over 15% more. This is completely disproportionate and massively distorts the actual electricity price. No wonder the photos show that no one else is charging here. This kind of model is neither transparent nor customer-friendly. For us, it's clear: never again.

Parking while charging now costs money. That's not how Tesla works! I won't be charging here again. Just as bad as at Alexanderplatz.

Used to be a great spot for charging, but now they charge €3.50 for just 15 minutes – that’s way too expensive. At that rate, street charging is a much better deal. Definitely not worth it anymore, we won’t be coming back.

Before, first 45 minutes were free, so charging was easy. Now they have changed the fees and you have to pay 3.50 for the first hour of parking, on top of the tesla charging costs.

    1. I couldn’t disconnect the plug from supercharger 2. There is information that first 45min of parking is free which is not true. It’s not expensive, but very inconvenient. 3. You need a physical credit card to get out of there.

Tesla's strategy is becoming increasingly incomprehensible to me. More and more chargers in city centers are hidden behind parking garage barriers. This wouldn't be a problem if you didn't have to pay for 30 minutes of charging afterward. Now it's happening here too. Since November 2025, parking in the garage costs €3.50 per hour, as the friendly service representative confirmed. That's a hefty price for 20 minutes of charging. I'll be giving this Supercharger a wide berth in the future.

The trap snapped shut at the exit! A quick charge from 30% to 80% at a miserable speed (less than 80 kW, even though 150 kW is advertised) and then they charged €3.50 for 49 minutes with no way to complain! Tesla needs to do something about this; I was there to charge, not park.

UPDATE JANUARY 26: you have to pay now for parking and charging. No free minutes. Payment is only possible in cash or EC-Card. No ApplePay or Credit Card. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Tesla Experience: Take ticket. Enter & go straight. Charge. Stay under 45 minutes (free). Head directly to the exit (don’t use the machine). Car plate recognition will open the bar.
