Not working. Why can’t these chargers just work.

Maybe somebody could invent a E bike charging station the million $ idea can you add a 110 for e bike check back ea couple of weeks

Had to try a couple times before it worked. Then worked fine. Only problem is that its in a Ford dealership parking lot right in front of their service shop. And has a Ford sticker on the machine so it looks like it's only for Ford customers, so that was confusing. But it's for anyone to use.

Just spent 20 minutes trying to to use this charging station, downloaded the app, put money on app with CC, nothing! Wasted my time! The app has no problems taking the money but nothing else works!

The charger wasn't labeled with either the name of the charger or the numbering for the two cables. When I first pulled up the app it show that charger #1 had someone connected, so I assumed I was at charger #2 (there was nobody nearby and I wasn't connected yet). After a decent period of time getting rained on and frustrated, I eventually realized that the app had bugged out and was able to figure out which charger and cable I was actually using. Also, that the small screen of the charger listed its name in even smaller text at the bottom left corner. To make things easier for people after me, the left and right cables are now marked with the matching labels from the app.

To add insult to injury, their credit card reader wasn't working either when I tried to bypass their buggy app.
