AI Overview

The station has three DC fast chargers with mixed reliability; drivers frequently report individual chargers being offline or unresponsive, and some report slower-than-advertised charging speeds. Payment systems (app and card readers) have occasionally failed; drivers note having to use alternative payment methods or call support to start a charge. The chargers are located in a Bank of America parking lot with free, illuminated pull-in parking.

First time with the DC fast charger. Had a little trouble connecting my 2025 Hyundai ioniq 5, but once I did, everything went smooth and quite fast. 18 minutes charging from 30% to 80%.

All but one charger is a ccs. They require a credit hold of $75.00. Who uses $75 to charge their car? Totally ridiculous amount! Its not like charging is an easy thing unless you have a tesla which I wouldn't want anyways. Boo on Musk!

Worst experience ever, was here at the charging station 1 for hours and the plug wasn't unplugging from my car and the support center was just putting me on hold. They didn't give me a timeframe on when it will be fixed and also charged $40 for the charge. Instead of $20. I would never use electrify america again. A kind person was able to assist me unplugging it as the support system didn't fix anything.

There’s only 3 DC fast chargers on site. Two of them have 2 CCS connectors, one has a CHAdeMO and CCS connector. There’s always one unresponsive charger at this location. The others may or may not be throttled depending on time of day and outside temperature. Electrify America needs to put some serious work into their charger reliability, especially at this location.

It's fine. One of the units wouldn't connect to my car. The unit that did finally work for me seemed to max out at about 37 kW despite my car being rated to charge at 50 kW and the unit saying it is good for 150 kW. This is in the parking lot of a Bank of America. It is an easy walk to the Kent Station mall and the library.
