Located in the Bank of America parking lot, near the back of the building.

I tried to use this station for the first time, and when the charging was done, I couldn't unplug the charger. I called the customer service and the barely understood the guy on phone. They rebooted the station, charger was still lucked. They escalated the ticket, and I was stock in the station with a little baby. I called the customer support again, another mumbling guy told me there is nothing they can do, and I to wait for the technician. I am took an uber and waiting at home. The system is very unreliable and staff are unprofessional and unhelpful

Newer systems are much better than the earlier ones.  There are only four stations here and I was charging on Christmas Day. So, waiting a few minutes for one to open up want a surprise.

Before plugging in, I used the phone app to initiate charging and then plugged in. Station 2 right side plug delivered 105 kw.

A good location, but some of the chargers were not working and this made it busier than it should be.

As this is quite common, I guess experiences may vary. But hopefully this is resolved soon.

No issues. Well lit area, right off the road.
