This is a frequent charging spot for my VinFast VF8 Plus, especially after trips to San Jose's Vietnam Town (it's only about 4 miles away). The location in the Bank of America parking lot is convenient. However, it's frustrating that one of the four fast-charging stalls is regularly "Unavailable." A major inconvenience here is the complete lack of public restrooms. I tried the gas station across the street and even a couple of Mexican restaurants nearby, but all restrict their facilities to "customers only."

October 21, 2024: Got here at 6:40am. All 4 chargers were free. Plugged into the first one and charging worked fine. No derating from the station (got 200 kW which is what my car asked for). The other 3 chargers seem to be working as well.

I only got 60kw charging speed here today instead of 120kw I usual get. I have never got 150kw as listed on those charging stations. But 60kw is way too low. I ended up spent 30 minutes added 30% ~ about 100 miles added. I needed to drive 11 miles and got 100 miles added. This is wast of time

Finally a charger easy to get to in Eastside San Jose. There are four chargers available. seven 150 kw CCS PLUGS AND ONE 50 KW CHadeMO. Of course I pulled up to the 50...the one and only I didn't need. A lot of construction next door so there is quite a bit of noise...and not much shade . Be prepared if you're here on a warm day. Hopefully the landscaping grows in a bit more.

I had to hop from charger #3 to #2 to get free charging on my ID.4 going. It took almost 2 minutes for charging to initiate, but required no phone call. Hurray! I got charge rate of 126 Kwh, which was excellent and got from 20% to 80% in 25 minutes. ID.4 is a comfortable car. I wish they had 5g cellular card. I use the Verizon 4g vehicle at $20/month for 15 GB. A is good deal. I wish I could see YouTube videos on center dashboard while the car is charging. EA can also give wifi hotspots to make the charging time entertaining.
