AI Overview
Chargers here frequently have at least one unit offline. The lot layout makes it difficult to wait for a spot if all chargers are in use—the three chargers sit on a one-way road with limited space to queue. Parking is free and illuminated with pull-in spaces.

You can count on it being at least one pump not working and without notice

Electrify America is the most ironic name in EV charging. Stations are either down, painfully slow, or stuck in an endless “initializing” loop like it’s thinking about life choices. Screens freeze, chargers disconnect mid-session, apps glitch, and customer support feels more ceremonial than helpful. When it works, it’s great—problem is, that’s a coin toss. EV charging shouldn’t feel like a side quest with RNG. Do better.

Terrible location. The 3 chargers are in front of the bank in a 1 way road. If the are all used, there's no way to wait in line for a spot. If you passed them, you need to drive on the street and cross a double solid line to get back into the lot. Bank of America should be shamed of the terrible placement.

only 4 ev parking spots. each machine has 2 plugs but its set up such that only 1 can be used at a time. Google listing is slightly inaccurate charging is pretty quick once we did get a spot

So far there has usually been at least one charger open most of the time and I haven't noticed any issues with non-electric vehicles parking in the charging spots even though the spaces are the closest available parking for the BofA ATMs. Electrify America is definitely my go-to option for public charging and, after more than a year of watching the build-out here in anticipation, it's exciting having an EA station in the neighborhood.
