Good sides:

- Charging speed
- Close to my house
- Most of the time I can find a charger

Bad sides:

- The lot is very dirty, garbage everywhere
- Many homeless people, the place looks not safe
- T-Mobile signal is very poor

Completed upgrading the chargers, past final inspection, waiting for commissioning with EA. Then Hayward will have better changing stations.

Electrify America has convenient charging locations and we are enjoying the complimentary charging right now.  We haven’t had any negative issues with this company. Great experiences always!

I charged during the day time, the charger worked great and didn't need to wait. I got to eat great Indian food nearby while charging. Negatives: not that close to any freeways, and half the shopping center, including the anchor store, is closed down.

Electrify America at Mission Blvd Hayward is a rip off. 1st time I used it 2 months ago charged me for 121 kilowatts while my EV battery F150 max holds 98 Kw total. It was 30% charge left before connecting, charged to 90%, total of 60% added charge. It is impossible to be 121 kilowatts.
Today I had 53% of charge left when I connected the charger. In only 14 minutes it showed charged to 75% which could be correct but it showed 57 kilowatts was delivered. This is a big cheat and rip off. How can it be 57 kw used for 22% of charge while total 100% is 98 kw that my battery can hold?
