When it works, it's great. But both times we've used this location, the card readers for guest use have been down on several of the stations. Last night half of them were unresponsive. How often do you go to a gas station and find half of their pump inoperable due to bad card readers? It was 20 minutes later on the phone with support and after trying three chargers did we find one that worked, and we got lucky only because it was 11:30 at night and there was only one other car there that left halfway into our arrival. At least there was a phone support rep available at that hour, thank goodness. Anyway, they gotta keep their stations up and running and need to have a way to remotely manage the card readers and get notified when they need service so that there is little or no card reader downtime.
