I had a great experience personally I read reviews prior to arriving about issues with parking and the amount of kilowatts.  I did not experience any issues. I spent 25 minutes and got 50% charge and I was on E.

Easy startup, and great payment system. No need to have an app on your phone.

I do want to mention that on Google it showed that it wasn’t as busy as it normally was @900-930.

4 stalls was able to charge my Mach e easily and quickly. It’s located in a Bank of America parking lot.

Stopped into this Electrify America station today in Reslandd California. Easy to find right off a main street. All chargers were up and running.

Charged with a Tesla Model 3 using a CCS to Tesla adapter. Was able to pull a peak spews of 172kW.

This location is hit or miss. I've charged here like 4 times...only 1 time was a successful fast charge. The 2nd time was at 45kpw . 3rd time was 85w ...and now I'm here for the 4th time and 2 out of 4 are not working with like a 4 car wait.
Annoying to pull into a charger just to discover it's not working (see pic...kept complaining of "reconnecting ", wouldn't charge). I tried calling their support...but that seems useless since I was on hold for 30+ min before giving up)
Come on Electrify America...you could do better!  We need a lot more chargers, in more cities, that actually work!

Only 4 chargers that run max 80kW. Best time to charge is between 11pm-5am. During the day it's too busy with no where to wait since it's a Bank of America parking lot. Next door is a the best Burger joint in the city.
