This location is a letdown. It’s hidden in the underground parking lot of the Hampton Inn and the whole setup feels like an afterthought. The chargers here are the older “urban” style and painfully slow, maxing out around 72 kW, which is far below what you’d expect from a proper Supercharger.

The parking garage is tight and awkward to navigate. The cable length is also an issue. You have to park in just the right spot or even block two stalls just to plug in. Even Tesla drivers struggle with it, let alone non-Teslas.

Plenty of users online have mentioned the same frustrations: slow charging, confusing layout, short cables, and overall poor design. One person said they now avoid this spot completely and go to Côte-Vertu or West Island instead. I wish I had.

Only stop here if you’re absolutely desperate. Otherwise, look elsewhere

Hey, Tesla drivers, instead of posting a review on Google about chargers not working, try calling Tesla support. I just called about this turbo charger, and it's back up and running as we speak. Instead of complaining to a platform that can't do anything about it, try picking up your phone, and using it for something other than TikTok.

Also, throw away your trash. There's garbage cans right outside the entrance to the garage the chargers are in. It's really sad how lazy some people are.

I rarely rate anything on G-Maps, but Tesla needs to know that this particular station is not befitting of their brand. As others have said, multiple chargers are out. BE AWARE of the concrete pillars. I see they’ve taken out others before. And shame on the people that use this charger and just leave their trash. Do better!  For the positives, it’s out of the weather, it’s a secure-ish area and it’s close to a S-bucks and Potbelly Subs.

Only four stalls are currently working, you'd be lucky if one of em is open to use.  I get there around 3:50 am in the morning to charge before work and they are usually full or with only one spot left to charge.  Also, every now and then there'd be cars fully charged with driver nowhere in sight! Preposterous!

Price is 0.24/kWh at night, very affordable 👍🏻👍🏻 It’s inside the parking garage across street of Starbucks. Plenty of room during night time. Note that price during daytime is 0.48/kWh.
