Very easy place to charge.  Fast speeds for 2026 Lyriq V. No wait. Right next to Tesla Chargers.  I would pick Electrify America over Tesla Superchargers any day of the week!

They charge you .40 cents per minute for idle fee. Was not aware that my car had stopped charging due to an app glitch on their part and they refuse to give me a refund.

Convenient & lots of space available on State College side of Brea Mall. 4 Electrify America hook ups and 19 Tesla Super Chargers. Currently on Electrify America charger going at 234 kw, so it’s fast. If you go late night, currently 2:40am, there’s never a wait. Middle of the day I’ve seen 3 cars waiting. Never seen a wait for the Tesla spots. The thing is, it’s expensive. I’m charging at off peak and it’s $0.64 kWh. I started at 1% I’ve been charging for 17 mins, I’m now at 55% and it’s $27.39. At a spot I go to in Pasadena behind Victory Park, it’s $14 to charge to 100%. $0.64 for off peak is WAY too much, but I was in a jam!

Sept 8...Same situation.  App says all chargers in use.  WRONG!!!! 3 in use, 1 UNAVAILABLE!!!  THERE ARE NOT 4 WORKING CHARGERS.  Spoke to customer service AGAIN!  Rep said he would make a note of the situation AGAIN!!!  They won't do anything because they want users who check the app ahead of time to believe the  charge wait and time will be faster than reality.

Back again.  While saying "in use" in Electrify America app, only two were in use.  Two were down.  Despite repeatedly asking to see only the number of working chargers, they continue to show 4 chargers, not 2 unavailable and 2 down.

On April 17, 2024, the EA app said all four chargers in Brea were available.  When I got there, three of the four chargers had been taken out of service.  Wait time was over an hour.  They really need to update their app to not include down chargers in their availability listing. I know the app information is subject to change, but when I do pull the info, there is no reason for it not being  programmed for 100% accuracy.

In addition, just checked receipt and charging went up almost 17% from $0.48/kWh to $0.56/kWh!!!

Same two chargers are out out of order--AGAIN.  When I spoke with the repair crew last time they were here,and  they indicated there simply aren't enough crews to repair broken units.  Come on Electrify America.  Put some profits back into maintenance or the next time you're back in Sacramento (likely sooner or later) you won't be so lucky!!!   3/17/24

Constantly out of order.  Two of the four chargers have been out for over 3 weeks.  The two working chargers, were working at half speed.   Available charger info is rarely accurate.

💁🏻‍♂️Notes: crazy busy in the evening. Saw over 5 cars waiting in line to charge at 7:30pm last night (Sunday). The next morning at 5:30am there were 3 of the 4 chargers being used. Worth noting is that across the way there are 16 unused Tesla
Chargers. Somewhat is going to making $$$ when adapters and Tesla officially opens up to more vehicles.
