AI Overview

The chargers are located in the lower level of the multi-storey carpark at Cribbs Causeway shopping centre. The entrance can be easy to miss when driving through the surrounding roads, particularly in poor visibility; aiming for John Lewis helps with navigation. Charging is under cover. Cable length is relatively short, so precise parking alignment helps. Free parking in the garage.

Easy-ish to find. Downstairs part of the multi storey carpark for the mall. No Parking charge. Quick charge, stall available but plenty here so wouldn't be a long wait if busy. Felt relatively safe as a solo female in the middle of the day, near a retail park also, mall has toilets.

It's easy to miss the entrance when you're navigating through the labyrinth of Cribbs Causeway roads in the dark. It's great to charge under cover during rainy weather.

4 stars only because it’s not easy to find the chargers if you are new in the area or visiting in the dark. Maps does try to guide you properly but even being in the wrong lane can confuse you and google Both. Otherwise chargers are in good condition and were busy even on Boxing Day morning before the shops opened

Good fast chargers. Good in day time when the shops and coffee shops are open. Quieter in the evening and less lively to have to wait!

Hopeless. Open to all electric cars now and, although four bays were free, their cables had been taken and used by non Teslas - plugged in on the wrong side. I drove up and down trying to find an empty bay with a cable not being used by a car in the next bay. Will avoid in the future. Ended up at Gordano once again. Free but exceptionally slow. Bored and sat at Gordano for 30 mins now. 😞

First time using a public Supercharger with a non-Tesla. Cable is short so consideration needs to be made with how to park. Two chargers are more forward while others are back. I didn't see any broken, first one I used worked. Need the app to use it, no card reader etc. Signage could be more obvious, but easy enough to find. Prices reasonable enough compared to other networks.

Cable length is a bit challenging if you don't quite get your non Tesla lined up just right but on the whole they are a breeze to use. Half the stalls were available when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and by the time we left nearly all were available.
