AI Overview
The chargers are located in the parking lot on the left side of Dick's Sporting Goods. Parking is free and illuminated with pull-in spots. Drivers report this is a popular station and spots can be hard to find during peak times. Some drivers have reported individual chargers being slow or offline; if one charger does not work, try another stall.

This station charged successfully but charged me $76 to go from 35% to 79%.

Came to charge twice. Once on a Friday afternoon a little before 5pm. There were 2 of 4 available. Was consistently at 250. Fastest charger we’ve seen and we drove across the country. Second time was on a Sunday at around 4 pm. No one was charging then.

They are creating inconvenience for all the customers and members with the upgrade going on. We need a reliable charging experience. You are pissing off all the customers we are advising everyone to use Tesla charging network. Electrify America is overpriced unreliable service, why would I pay 47c a Kilo to use Electrify America on a monthly subscription when I can use Tesla chargers for 27c a Kilo? Bad experience with customer support as well. Enjoy the lack of customers!

Inconsistent and sadly unreliable charging experience. Have been going here for 10 months regularly. Sometimes all of the charges are working, but plenty of times, one or more charges are inoperative. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I've also noticed that the charging stations do not deliver anywhere near the advertised charge rate speeds - whether at the 150 or 350kW stations. I've spoken with the customer service ppl at EA a handful of times (due to various reasons while at the charger) and each time it has been a very good, very positive exchange! Wow - unexpected surprise 👍 However, the purpose of going to charge your vehicle at one of these locations is pretty straightforward. I shouldn't experience a charge rate of less than 50% of the rated/advertised speed for the MAJORITY of the time spent charging. This needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY.
