Charging here is frequently limited to 85% state of charge as part of congestion management. Multiple drivers report consistent wait times of 15 minutes to over an hour, particularly during peak hours. The station is located on the left side of the shopping center near the Cosi Restaurant, with free illuminated pull-in parking.

Long wait. Counting myself, there were never fewer than 3 drivers waiting from the moment I arrived till the moment I finished charging. Very popular with TLC drivers for some reason as some other reviewers have pointed out. If you are in the area it's fine, wouldn't be my first choice, but fine. I would recommend charging at the rest stops on the Hutchinson River / Merritt Parkway instead if that is an option that works for your route.

Stopped twice after 3 minutes of charging while I was using my credit card. It worked fine when I switched to the app and got a membership. Also not a great location. There is a chipotle but no public restrooms. Price and charging speed were good.

Came to this charge 3 times today (8:30am, 2pm, and 6pm) multi-car waits throughout. At 2pm there were at least 8 cars waiting in no discernable order (looked very chaotic). At 6pm there were at least a dozen cars, but instead of looking like a scene from Mad Max, it looked like the line of cars getting into the Lincoln Tunnel at 5pm on a Monday (cars stacked in a line with a bunch of drivers looking like they were regretting several decisions that brought them to this moment). Lots of TLC vehicles here. Will try again at 10pm. Not feeling hopeful.

Been using this charge station for years. It's often so busy that the wait can be over an hour. Worse still, Electrify America recently limited charging to a maximum of 85%....even if chargers are not in use. This makes a full charge for a road trip impossible. I stopped using it when they started limited chargers.

2/8/25: Full as always w 1 uber/lyft (hate them at these places. Why don’t they get their own chargers!?) 3rd in line from 12pm on a Saturday. 12:41 finally started. Uber next to me is STILL CHARGING and only at 85%?? Also BMW just got in and only 5 (FIVE) cars waiting. Last, there’s something these stations do where they always limit the charging to take 30 minutes to go to 80%. I came in at 55% and should have taken only a bit to charge. However it’s only going at 70kw max and making me stay the whole 30 minutes. 1/24/25: ALWAYS a wait to charge. Line of at least 2 maybe 3 cars. Worst are the uber and lyfts that charge to 100% and make you wait double. Aside from that, got up to 110 charging speeds. 30 min always from any level to 80%
