Fortunately, nobody was there charging late at night when I was there. Otherwise, there are only 2 chargers and a long line of people waiting to charge. Also those are much more expensive than Tesla super charger.

Very poor experience at electrify america. One site near my home is completely down for more than 2 months. Two out of three chargers at the 2nd site are also down. So we have a single charger and long waiting to get the charger. The free perk of free charging is very painful.

I have a complimentary charge plan and I keep getting the "payment declined" errors. Once this happens trying other credit cards doesn't help. The same charger worked once the day before. If I was able to move to other chargers it usually worked.

EA has poor maintenance, which results in a lousy customer experience. The stations at Newark Foodmax had the charging speed reduced from 150kw to 25kw. What usually takes 35 minutes would have taken more than two hours. I gave up and drove a long distance to another location.

Very sorry to say this station is a mess. Station 3 never works and sadly appears normal. So one has to go thro few tries before realizing is doe not work. Every time I go to charge is experience a new issue. The hardware is not reliable. The software crashes ,. Support calls only help log an issue. None are fixable by a call. Typically spending 1.5 to 2 hrs for getting a 30 min juice up.
