Charging at this location is consistently slow, usually under 100kW. Also, the trash bins are always full and trash is often spilling out - please add more bins. I drive out from LA to southern AZ about every other month and this charger is a required stop on my route. If it weren't so conveniently located close to food and the freeway, I wouldn't stop here because of the slowness of the charging. Out of all the superchargers I have had to use, this one is the slowest by far. Owners: please upgrade!

Don't expect fast charging at this station. Usually get about 50kw speed. Rated at 250kw but never seen anything close to that

Fine, but super slow even when there were only 3 cars total. This location used to be great but now its really run down. Some of the connectors on the chargers dont even plug in right and aren't usable or turn orange.

The four fast chargers were down or broken. The eight other chargers were in working order. When I got out of the vehicle, there was an extremely strong odor of urine; very bad. It was like that outside of the Carl’s Jr. as well. They were very slow to charge until I was the only one left on the charger.

Not trailer tow friendly. While our party of two cars didn’t have to wait after we arrived easily 10 teslas showed up to wait. There is ample space to detach a trailer but this could benefit from expansion. Also this stop is right on the precipice of towing limit to Quartzite. 99 miles separation between here and Quartzite demands the installation of a trailer friendly charger in Tonopah, Centennial, or New Hope. Bonus seating aside of one of the chargers with an abandoned wooden chair. At least two chargers were broken.

Picked up my new Tesla and was easiest purchase...completed online and picked up car and out the door within 30 minutes. I will never need to get gas again!

Charged at 135kw while 10 of 12 were in use! Shares parking lot with Lowe's, Carl's Jr, and Craker Barrel. WellsFargo nearby and Firehouse Subs across street! Shaded parking stalls would take this review to six stars🌟 get us out of the blazing desert sun☀️. **Remember people your charging rate or kw will ramp up between 5% and 50% but will slow as the state of charge gets closer to 100%. Remember to add supercharger to your route to warm up the battery and get closer to that peak 250kw charging rate.👌
