Burnaby, BC Supercharger

fast charger, affordable, but I wish there was more signage at the front of the entry the parking lot to direct ev users rather than having to run all over the place to find it. One single sign on P2 isn’t enough!

Hard to find. Located on P2 in the corner away from everything. Not sure what everyone else is crying about; I’m charging at 215kW.

1 Star – They’re Literally Misleading People
Calling this a “supercharger” while delivering only 26 kW is a complete joke. I arrived with 35% battery expecting a quick charge, but it was painfully slow. In 2026, this kind of speed is unacceptable. Labeling this as fast charging is clearly misleading advertising.
On top of that, they charged $25 for this terrible performance. For this speed, that price is pure opportunism. No speed, no real service quality—yet premium pricing. A total disappointment.
Taking advantage of people who urgently need to charge is unethical. They make you wait for hours and then charge you a serious amount. This business wastes both your time and your money.
If you urgently need to charge, do not rely on this place. If you have any alternative, definitely choose somewhere else. Stay away if you don’t want to throw your time and money away.

17 chargers but 5 were fenced off and out of commission. Easy to find tho. P2 level, B & C section. Go down ramp, from Lougheed Hwy, take first right and then first left and follow it around to the left (follow letters in pillar).

Was busy but it was moving fast.
Clean but the whole place smells like gasoline lol.

As usual, Tesla Charging stations are good anyway. 6:15 am in the morning, only one Car here and rest all charging stations were available. Just that it was a task to find the station. For the first time it was difficult to but I’m sure the second time I’ll remember it’s in the P2 floor in B and C Aisle.
One star less for it being in such a hidden spot. I hope I won’t have to pay for the parking as I go out after the charging.
