I come here in the morning to recharge my model 3, it works perfectly fine. I am yet to have difficulty finding a spot. It’s not very fast but it is fast enough to reach the limit of my battery when cold so a faster charger wouldn’t make a difference to me. I do my emails and leave within 40 minutes (5->80%) without paying any parking fees.

Humiliating experience. It's in the back of a Novotel, not a very nice one at that (at least judging by the reception and restaurant. It's payed parking. Except for the hotel, there's absolutely nothing around to bide the time while charging. I went by day, but I wouldn't feel safe going there in the dark, especially because there is no public lights. Cannot recommend.

The Superchargers are very easy to reach, but they were the most expensive we've used in our nearly two years of charging at Tesla. The charging points are very easy to access and incredibly busy around 6:00 PM, which probably explains the high charging costs during our visit. The adjacent hotel and its friendly service are a real plus – a major advantage for this destination.

A good charging station, and easy to find (if you have experience locating Superchargers). You can easily get an exit ticket from the hotel reception if you plan to stay in the parking area for a while after charging (and perhaps buy something at the hotel). Being able to stay overnight at the same time is very convenient if it fits your travel plans, although not particularly cheap – but that's typical for Switzerland.
