CA CITY OF RICHMOND

There’s two Charge Point fast chargers at this location. They both work luckily. Safe area King George Park.

The Level 3 charger here works but the Touch Screen to shut it off basically doesn’t work.
Had to hit STOP about twenty times before it worked.

Someone broke the charger's security clip, now the charger no longer works. Guys please use more caution and respect public properties.

While it does charge your vehicle fairly quickly , it still takes over one hour to charge 40% and costs between $14 to $20 dollars depending on the time of day.
Having only one fast charger is disappointing and way too expensive to use daily.
Personally, it will be a long time before I buy an electric vehicle as the range and price to charge, them daily, takes far too long and is too expensive.

There are 3 stalls in King George Park; one stall is for CHAdeMO and CCS plugs, and two are for J1772 plugs. It is located adjacent to Cambie Plaza and many nearby restaurants
