AI Overview

Located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets parking lot on the west side, near McDonald's. The chargers require front-in parking in tight spaces. Drivers report that charging speed drops significantly (often to half speed) when adjacent stalls are occupied. Several older reports mention frequent charger malfunctions, though this may have improved; bathroom access requires entering the mall or using a code at McDonald's.

Wish there was more lighting around. But it is a good spot to charge.

Hands down the worst supercharger I've experienced yet. Chargers are backwards - you have to park front- in; really tight spaces . Awful

Limited to 75kW on a non-busy Sunday at 10am with plenty of spots open, took forever to charge.

Covid19 measures are taken seriously enough at the nearby outdoor mall. It makes for a good break to shop and eat while your Tesla gets supercharged.

A lot of defective chargers here. This is the second time in a month and it’s hasn’t improved. Had to wait 45 minutes in line for a working charger even though map says 5 of 20 stalls available.

There are plenty of chargers here, over 20, but the amenities are lacking. The charging station is located in the far West side of the parking lot. There is no clearly marked path to the Cabazon mall from the charging station. Unfortunately the food selection is very poor. The Panda Express is probably the best place to eat. There may be free WiFi available, but there are very few places to sit and wait for the charging to complete. The food court had nowhere near enough tables for the amount of people telling to eat. I recommend bringing your own food and eating in or near the car.
