As of today, this location only has a single charger, and someone is using this charger to charge from 3% to 100%. The last 10% takes the absolute longest. What I'm getting at is that companies need to do better about keeping their chargers operational, and furthermore, be courteous. If you're going to use the charger for 2 hours while others are trapped, ask them if they'd like to use it for 20 minutes to get home, or to get to another charger.

Supercharger and CCS machine does not work so save what little charge you have and no customer service won’t be able to help you so don’t bother calling them either. The J1772 machine did work so I’m grateful I was able to get some charge to make it home even though it took over 2 hrs to get enough juice to go. The app can be a little tricky. Use the $10 wallet option; the pay by card won’t work
