Excellent location across from Old Town Trolley station. I parked, plugged in, walked across the street to have lunch and my Ioniq5 went from 80 miles to 174 in about an hour. I don’t know why the charge stopped midway, as I can usually get 250 miles at the EvGo on Palm Ave in about an hour. EvGo took a $40 prepay against my bank card so I am waiting to see how much it actually cost, as the charging screen was stopped when I returned.

Too expensive compared to their main competitor, and not as well maintained. But yeah, they're fast. Charging your car quickly all the time is not good for the battery, though. Everyone wants everything now, fast, quick. But it isn't good for the battery

As a Lyft driver, I love EVgo since they provide competitive pricing for us. They also provide lots of relatively safe places to charge your car, and I’ve found some close to where I live. Getting my membership up and running was quick and easy, completely unlike my membership with the Tesla charging network, which immediately charged my account, by has failed to explain how non-Tesla owners can upload documents in a completely different way than Tesla owners. Only after doing so can you use your membership, and I sat on hold for almost an hour and was disconnected just as the person was about to tell me how to do so. Two weeks of membership and a $230 adapter and I still have nothing to show for my investment!

These chargers are disappointing, they max out at 70-80kw and DO NOT fast charge. There are multiple out of service terminals, EVGO needs to be transparent on their app about LIVE KW transfer speeds. This is respectfully a disgraceful experience for myself and many other drivers. Although I do understand electric vehicles are in their infancy, there is no excuse for this failure to upkeep infrastructure. Not to mention rain and water consistently breaking the systems from poor build quality

No issues. Peaked at 75kW on a Kia Niro while below 56%, which is the best the car can do. Located in California Department of Transportation parking lot. Open to public. 100% Renewable Energy
