Screen was hard to read in bright sun, and apparently the station doesn't accept credit card payment, but there's nothing to tell you that. Once I downloaded and set up the Blink app, charging was easy. The app and the screen don't display the cost as you charge. I sat in the Ford dealership service department lounge and drank a complimentary bottle of cold water while my car charged. I'm new to EV driving and this was a pretty good experience.

Not working at all. The screens are very hard to read, but the chargers are offline completely. No signs or anything. Like the dealership they are located at, these chargers leave just about everything to be desired.

What a ridiculously complicated and broken system. 6 chargers here, all empty, and for good reason! You cannot use the godforsaken things without their app. It says it takes card payments, but good luck with that.

When it works it’s ok but it’s a crap shoot. Plan on wasting 15 minutes pulling your hair out trying to get it to work. The chargers are not clearly marked so it’s a guess as to which number you’re on. It is the closest charger as to where I stay in Wilmington but a real bummer. I am on my way to a station 15 minutes away because I’ve list my patience. * on my return trip. Wilmington North Carolina to Richmond, Virginia. I stopped to get coffee at a Dunkin’ Donuts. There was two blank chargers there. I went to charge and just like before they did not work. The difference is they did not even show up in the blank network despite the fact that they were on and there was no signs saying that they did not work. Another waste of 15 minutes
