Can’t complain. Both chargers were working and one was free and working just fine

Only 3 DC fast chargers- all deliver upto 350 kW. Easy to find, all places were taken when I connected. Costs 0.56 $/ kW Everything worked. Good experience!

Chargers at the station are usually broken. The last few times I went there, only one charger was working. Lots of crazies, knocking on your window every five minutes as if it makes your car charge any faster.

This is the third time I come here wanting to recharge. The first time all the machines were down and I had to drive elsewhere. The second time I got a free charge somehow but had to wait as only one machine was working properly. The third time is today and there is no machines working. Why is it so hard to keep the machines running properly. They always seem to have issues. I drove to three different locations and all locations have problems with their machines. What’s going on? They should really consider changing their name to delectrify america as I always leave here with an empty battery.

The problem with EA isn't just the equipment, it's the people (trying) to use it. All the stalls were occupied yesterday. Guy in a stall, not charging. I ask if he's finished, says he can't charge, the tower says unavailable. I offer suggestions, which he disregards. I ask if I can give it a shot since he's not charging. He says no, he wants the space since he's waiting for an open stall. Yes, he was in one of the "free EA charging" cars. C'mon folks, let's do better.
