EVgo needs to improve the charging experience. While the vehicle is charging, the app does not show useful real-time details such as energy delivered (kWh), charging speed, estimated cost, or battery progress. The only information displayed is that the vehicle is charging, and the session details only appear after charging is completed.
In addition, the price is extremely high. I was charged about $0.74 per kWh, which makes charging significantly more expensive than many other public charging networks.
The app should provide live charging data and more transparent pricing during the session. Overall, the charging experience feels incomplete and overpriced.

There are only two chargers available here, and one of them is out of service. Despite calling customer service multiple times, it has taken months for the issue to be resolved. Consequently, you must wait for the next person to finish charging their car. If you leave for even a minute, someone will be there when you return, and another hour will have passed. I suggest you pack your patience and a lunch, as EV life can test every one of your nerves 😂

This charging station is always broken and they take too long to fix.  If one day is working is always 1 station of the 2 they have.  Usually breaks 2 or 3 times a month i dont know why.  Hopefully one day they add more charging station around.

This charger has been out of service for at least five months if you go by EVgo's maintenance message on PlugShare. Reviews here suggest it has been out of service for longer. In any case, the charger does not work, and it is not clear when it will be repaired, notwithstanding automated replies to these reviews by the owner themselves.

Successful and fast charging at Baldwin. Both chargers work as car next to me is charging as well.
