Carmarthen, UK Supercharger

The charging was very good but we couldn’t work out how to leave. It turned out that not only did we have to pay for the electricity we also had to pay for parking (which we didn’t need or use)

Very unfriendly location
Have to pay extra £3.30 for parking charges.
Extremely poor layout and not sure why this is inside a paid parking lot.

First time I ever paid to park when I supercharge my tesla. Cost me £3.5 for less than 30 minutes, will not be using this location again.

The payment process itself was stressful as I thought you would be able to pay at the exit, which wasn't the case. Had to install Apcoa app to do the payment whilst a car blocked me in from behind when stopped at the exit.

Charging itself worked well as expected so you get a star, the parking experience means I won't score it any higher.

Charged £3 to park even though i was only parking to charge my tesla. Obviously a rip off as how can u charge if your not parked? Didn't want to look at any shops so £3 for a view my blind gran would think crap I really feel like it's a mugging without using the obligatory base ball bat. Get a grip tesla.

It’s easy to charge with Tesla app like other but you need to pay the parking charge, at the moment it’s £3 for one hour, on top of your charging cost. Not happy about it even it does mention on the app.

Somehow it is kind of easy to find the charging stations after entering the car park.

A meh charging stop at Tesla Supercharger in Carmarthen. There were plenty of spaces when we visited (we were the only ones using them), and we didn't appreciate that the parking is charged on top of charging. Although it was 250kw, the max we got was around 50kw, which wasn't ideal as we had to spend 3x more time on the stop than we wanted.
