AI Overview
The chargers are located on the left side of the parking lot near the Ann Taylor store. Free pull-in parking with lighting and trailer-friendly spaces is available. Drivers report that chargers here frequently deliver slower speeds than advertised, and have noted occasional reliability issues with individual stalls not connecting properly — if one charger fails to start, trying another stall may help.

The Chademo handle will not release from the charging station(1). Typical crap with these stations. Called the 833# To no avail. It's time to update chademo and purchase a adapter to CC1. Nissan Leaf owner.

In open air outlet mall. Fast charge, no wait an early morning. Beverage vending nearby, no public restroom, but the rest area on the highway is approximately 4 miles away. It may be safer to go to a gas station if you need refreshment.

A lil busy (and one charger was down when we visited), but nice enough if you need a quick top up Public restrooms are far on the other side near the Yankee Candle. Doesn't seem to much to eat around either

Two ultra fast and two hyper-fast charging stations are available. Average food choices nearby. No vegan spots but vegetarian available at San Marcos.

EA finally replaced all their defective chargers. The ones that were in place failed 90% of the time. The new units seem to work very well, so far. 10/21 UPDATE: The new ones are not much better. Very seldom can I just pull up, plug in and charge. Usually I have to go from unit to unit until I find one that won't error out or fail to connect. The last 3 times all have failed I ended up having to get Customer Service to initiate the start. Very frustrating.
