Chargers are located along the right side of Casey's General Store parking lot.

The charger is usually fine.  One day my vehicle was not full yet but I noticed the station had already charged me for more electric than my battery capacity.  It was nearly double the kwh actually received.

Support on the phone agreed and said they'd open a case.  8 days later via email: "Thank you for reaching out to Electrify America! After a careful review of your request, we are unable to process a refund for the session in question. You were correctly billed for the power delivered to your vehicle during the session."

I ended up initiating a partial charge back.  Beware the claimed kwh may be drastically off making the cost closer to 90 cents than 56 cents per kwh.

This one was exciting for me, I went to two other electrify america stations and they have not worked for me. This was the 3rd attempt since getting my EV two months ago and this one works! I think this station is a newer model. Its also in the Casey's parking lot so can use the restroom or get snacks!

I charged my Rivian here and my only complaint was I didn’t know you could get a $7 monthly subscription to take 25% off the normal fees.  I literally saved twice that on a single charge but this was my last charge on a 1500 mile road trip.  Overall it was quick and convenient.

Electrify America network. Clean, well lit area next to a Casey's. Spaces are marked on ground with max charge rate. Was able to reach 128 kW rate (max for my Ariya), but are capable of up to 350 kW. Trash cans and window wash tool at spaces. Picnic table close to charger. A little expensive, as might be expected in a small town, but convenient.

Decent location, terrible company. Used this station 3 times this year and the chargers are consistently unavailable or operating at reduced capacity. Last time I used this station, charging was reduced to 60kw and one charger was unavailable. Also very expensive and they want you to pay a monthly service fee or they charge much higher rates. This station is also located fairly close to the building and often gets blocked by the garbage and delivery trucks or by patrons who do not park in the designated spaces, which can make it difficult to get into and out of.
