Positive: Superchargers in the shade located in a hotel parking lot. Negative: Charging is quite slow due to the older generation of chargers. Located in an industrial area where everything is closed on weekends. Limited options for food, entertainment, or restrooms on site.

The Tesla Supercharger at 1 Avenue de St Guillan, Castelnau-d'Estrétefonds, went very well. The charging process was seamless, quick, and efficient, in a pleasant and well-maintained setting. There's a hotel bar where you can quench your thirst during the heatwave. The facilities are modern and clean, perfect for a break. My only suggestion is to replace the charging stations with newer models, as they can only deliver a maximum of 150 kW. The location is easy to find, making the experience very smooth. I recommend it.

It's a decent Supercharger. All the charging stations are working, and half the spaces are under pine trees...and believe me, in the summer, you really appreciate that 😊. Regarding the recurring comments, it's perfectly normal that the hotel doesn't open the door to its restrooms. Go into a hotel in the city center just to use the restroom, and you're likely to get the same reception. Not to mention that people come and charge all day long, so it must be a constant stream of people coming and going. The reason I removed a star is simply that these are most likely the first Tesla charging stations. They work well, but it would be good to upgrade them and have the latest models (like in Pamiers, for example), especially for a large city like Toulouse, which only has two Superchargers...

We stopped by to recharge our YOP at the RAS supercharger. However, if you're accompanied by your dog, the Eurocentre hotel will refuse you entry for a meal or even just a drink unless you leave your dog in the car. Frankly, it's incomprehensible. Luckily, we did manage to use the human restroom.

It’s a supercharger and it charges so that’s good. One supercharger for Toulouse is a bit poor, and this one is a little far from town to be handy. The real problem is the hotel where it is located appears to want to ignore its existence; toilets only if you buy something and very grumpy staff who clearly don’t want to serve you. They have a captive audience that they could provide lots of services to, but they don’t. So yes I’ll stop for power, but I’ll avoid the hotel, their service is just too poor.
