Great selection of glasses! The staff at Blink Optical are very accommodating and always friendly. Thanks for all your help picking out the perfect pair of glasses. Shout out to Suzanne and Jodi too.

I called Blink yesterday morning with a dilemma of trying to figure out my son’s insurance and somewhere I could get him good flexible glasses (he is 3) that would take our insurance. Anyways after guidance from them, and reaching out to insurance we decided to pay out of pocket for the frames and go to Blink and it was 100% the right cal. We were able to come same day as I am leaving town next week and really didn’t want to delay my son getting glasses, and they were not only SUPER knowledgeable but they were great with my son. I will likely be returning to go for myself and my husband wants to go too! And of course we will bring our little guy because he had a blast! Thank you Blink!

After calling of asking about something, I seem to feel pretty uncomfortable of the conversation interaction.

At the end, seems we had figure things out.

I do wish the conversation was simple.
Maybe it's one of our signal our end, some kind of technical issue... Or, maybe they have a bad day that day. 🤔

I do not know what I make of it. I do not seem quite satifed. May reconsider them in the future though. Thought I give them a chance.

I love this office!  So friendly from the get go.  Dr Hauck spends as much time as you need to answer all your questions.  Never feel rushed.  I feel she genuinely cares about each patient.  She is my favorite provider and highly recommend!
