Broke equipment and overcharged for charging and interrupting in charge hit and miss

I couldnt charge my car because the credit card on file I had to stop using due to fraud.  I was frustrated.  But I called Evgo and the customer service technician took my new card number and get me charging succesfully. I didnt have to sit on hold and the technician was courtious and helpful.
