While the app was not working I was able to get someone on the phone everytime I needed charging help and they were nice and assisted fast. No hidden fees and no holds on my account like Red E charging station tried to take $50 before I even got my car charging (which never worked). I went to EVgo and one station had issues but once I called for help it was fast and I got my car charged in 30 min.

Was easily able to pay with credit card without having to set up an account or download an app.

Absolutely a waste of time. Waited about 20-30 minutes. The charger is operating at 13kw consistently instead of the advertised 100kw. Additionally it was 8 bucks to charge from 24-40 percentage and it took almost an hour. Don't even bother with this location.

It's my usual stop to charge on my way home from Detroit. Great location with the flying j store and the IHOP restaurant. Chargers are always running and fast for me. They are also covered so you don't get rained and snow down which is an added bonus.

EVgo is my favorite charging station. App is easy to use and navigate to make the charging process easy and simple. Any issues I’ve had with them have always been resolved. Would like for them to expand to more cities and locations!
