The information displayed is very difficult to see because the display unit is in a very low position and affected by sunlight, which has also damaged the materials that make up the display. The user interface is very inconvenient due to its size and position, especially when compared to other charging stations from competitors.

Two chargers were out of service, two remained. But they worked well, and I was able to use a credit card instead of their app. Little pricey though compared to others. This was around 830 pm.

First time at a fast charging station. Initially received a higher charge to my credit card that what I expected ; around $56 .
Now charge is of $39.72 for about 50 kWh , which makes about $.60 KwH  . I understand it was done at peak hours and there is a $2.99 fee for credit card. Also learned there is an App that when used gives you additional discounts.

Extremely disappointed with the EVgo charging stations in Pembroke Pines. They are constantly broken. I’m here right now, and once again, only one out of multiple chargers is working. This isn’t just a one-time issue  it’s a recurring problem every time I come here.

If you’re not going to maintain these stations, why even bother having them in this location? EV drivers rely on dependable access to charging, and this kind of inconsistency is unacceptable. Please take better care of your equipment  the community deserves better.

Complete fraud here.  I was charging at a rate of 4kWh........4!  I left and got charged $1.48 which includes a $1 service fee I think.  I've never used this service before as I normally drive Tesla but this is a FRAUD.  No one can wait at a public station that slow.
