I had a great experience using this charger. It is located in a busy Chase bank parking lot. I felt safe sitting in my car while it charged. I used Quenten.

This vehicle charging station is nice, I go there overnight but the only thing that I don't like about this one is that there's no garbage 🗑️ and people just throw their garbage everywhere..

I got rippppppppped off.  55 dollars for less than 40 kw of electricity.  Why would anyone buy an electric vehicle?  I tried to use my app and I was lazy. I feel they take advantage of the casual charger.  I regret changing from Tesla.  Use the App in your phone.  I don't know if it's cheaper, but I think it is.  I regret buying a car I can't charge at Tesla. Update:  I was contacted and as a result of that exchange, I believe that I should state that the $55.00 charge was to verify amount available on the credit card. The acutal charge turns out  was about 75 cents a kilowatt/h: Around 27 dollars. I still think that the amount was high for charging and electric car.  I did not use the app and so was also charged $2.90 for using my credit card.  I guess I was used to Tesla supercharging for free and was totally unaware of how expensive it is to charge an electric car.  It's slow and expensive so I predict the future is grim for electric vehicles taking over.  Unless the battery and charging issues are addressed and corrected, there is no way this technology will succeed.

Chargers were perfectly fine however it is in a busy Chase parking lot and their customers with gasoline engines routinely  park their cars there with impunity and block chargers. Chase management is indifferent to this transgression so, instead of waiting for other EV chargers to get done charging, you wait for Chase to come out of the bank to leave the spot.  Quite a mess during bank hours.  Beware and allow extra time.  Not recommended.

“Cree” was out when we went but the one labeled “Rox” worked, thankfully. It’s in a Chase bank parking lot - the bank was so busy that people were parking in the EVGo spots to go inside. You can also get boxed in if the ATM line gets long enough
